Hotel vicino a Oklahoma City Convention Center - Oklahoma City

“The room I booked wasn’t available so instead of telling me, they sent me to a different room. I went back to the front desk, exhausted from traveling, to be told they didn’t have the room they sold me. I was attempting to call Expedia to which they found a room. ”

“We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy of coming to speak to us and explain what happened. The following day we got an email from the house keeping supervisor stating that they were sorry and would make up for this uncomfortable...

“The rooms are massive with extremely tall ceilings and drapes and windows the same height! It’s an awesome hotel, the room this time was a king which I booked although they walked me into a room with two queens… rewound to the front desk for the king. Gym was nice, free weights, treadmills, and benches. ”

“Un bellissimo albergo , preso in offerta, camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Note negative il condizionatore rumoroso e che non si poteva spegnere, e la doccia del bagno un po' arcaica senza doccetta e con tenda”

“We stayed at this hotel for the OKC Memorial Marathon. Rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel did a good job of having water and fruit available for runners early in the morning. There’s an overnight parking lot less than a block away for $10. I will stay here again.”

“Un nome è una garanzia e anche in questo caso non c'è la minima osservazione da appuntare. Purtroppo esiste un solo ristorante raggiungibile a piedi dalla struttura, molto economico e un po' fatiscente, ma che può dare buone soddisfazioni.”
