Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $55 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Location: The studio apartment is in the second building at the back. It is on the second floor.
Parking: Park your car back by the unit. There are two designated parking spots on the driveway.
Backyard: A fully fenced backyard is available.
Climate Control: The unit has a window AC. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working. It also has a gas furnace for heating.
Additional information: There is a staircase to the second floor.
