“Friendly environment”

“Staff was very friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but very humid. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not great - limited options and eggs were slimy.”

“The room that we were initially given was pretty warm even though the thermostat was set to 68. The front desk clerk was super understanding and moved us immediately. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Had to ring bell several times and called front desk several times before a man strolled his way up the hall to assist me and a line of people behind me. Man seemed disconnected with reality and if someone if going through something that bad they need not be at work or either he hates his job and needs to find his happiness elsewhere.”
