“Hicimos el check in tarde, habitación doble, en el segundo piso, nos cobraron 50 dlls de depósito, según por la seguridad, que no se puede fumar en el interior, pero cuando salimos del elevador hacia el cuarto olía a marihuana, el cuarto olía a humedad, a pies, las cortinas estaban rotas, y muy sucias, las cajas no se si eran de electricidad no estaban cubiertas, y otras pegadas con tape,algunas de las paredes estaban sucias, nos tropezamos varias veces en la entrada del baño porque la alfombra...

“Thank you again for hosting us. The farmhouse was a perfect fit for our family and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit for our s’mores night—it made for such a fun memory. “A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they...

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...
