“Such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and unwind! Spent hours just sitting on the deck and porch listening to the birds and the gentle sound of the waves. Saw seals everyday, deer that walked the beach, and dolphins across on the far side! On the clear nights (which was most of them!!), the stars and moon were just amazing! We took the kayaks out a couple of times ( pay attention to the wind/current forecast) and saw bald eagles when we paddled into the lagoon by the market. The house was...

“Super easy location instructions. Parking was a breeze and so was entry.Jeffrey was an absolutely wonderful host! “Condo was in a great location. Walkable to downtown, space needle, chihuly gardens. Also lots of restaurants nearby, including a great Italian place right next door. Communication with host was also great and easy!”

“A great little stay for us while we stopped in Seattle for just a few nights. It was very comfortable after a whole week out in the Olympics. It’s in a great location and really close to a main bus route that we used to get to downtown. Host was very accommodating to our requests and quick to respond to messages. Overall would recommend.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

“Beautiful house with a comfortable feel of home. Incredible upscale appliances and cookware in the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy. House was very clean on arrival and the thoughtful and intentional decor gave the home a historical heartbeat. The host was friendly, helpful, accessible, and reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have any other needs. Thank you Roland!”

“Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.”

“House was clean and cozy. I really loved the fresh flowers upon check-in, and the lavender and rosemary growing along the fence was beautiful abs fragrant. The only downside was parking on the gravel was a little difficult for my mini-van due to the amount of space.”

“My honey and I drove up from Oregon for a concert at Dune Peninsula, and needed a place to stay for the night.The place was convenient to get to the venue. It was off a quite street. We had the "Queen From" small, yet cozy and comfy. A great living area, with a cute fridge and microwave.It was very clean and a great price to boot. I would stay there again.Thanks for a great stay at your place Greg.”

"Struttura in linea con lo standard Red Roof. Il servizio navetta aeroportuale è stato ottimo. L'hotel è comodo anche per raggiungere il downtown tramite il link aeroportuale, c'è anche una fetmata di bus a fianco. Ampio parcheggio anche coperto. Camere pulite, ampie con terrazino. Personale cortese, professionale, attento alle necessità del cliente. Ho gradito lo spuntino a base di anguria che ho trovato rientrando in serata. Il wifi è invece migliorabile, si disconnette spesso per qualche secondo. "
