“We were 10 people and rent the house for 10 days. The house is amazing, very clean and cozy. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us enough privacy and comfort. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Located in a quiet and calm area in Elizabeth, the house is 15 minutes from the train station and trains to Penn Station in NYC leave approximately every 30 mins. We are all looking forward to spending another vacation there!!!”

“I had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Property was as described. The street is nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is undesirable. The place was clean, and the owners have done many updates-new appliances, new furniture, nice bedding, A/C, landscaping, fire pit, etc. The kitchen cabinets need to be updated (or cleaned). It is a very homey, comfortable house and was perfect for our needs.”

“This was the the perfect spot for us to stay the night before our cruise. It was a great location near restaurants, Walgreens and a liquor store for the wine to take on our cruise. Kendrick was a great host. The space was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. We fell in love with Hendrickson’s Corner, a great local “Cheers” bar.”

“What a great family vacation. The home is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well appointed with all the amenities youd expect in a family beach home. Across from the sand with fabulous views and walk to all. Hans, Paulette and Sons are gracious, accomodating, responsive hosts. They are available, at will, while providing complete autonomy. We will look forward to our return!”

“Lovely little spot. As listed, was clean, looked like people hadn’t had shoes on inside we left ours near the door, which made it feel cleaner & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Near sea streak to NYC. Great having washer, hardly used dryer would have been less if has access to washing line outside. Nice touch owner leaving a bottle of washing up liquid & large bottles of good shampoo for stay. Owner always on other end of email for any help required. Really nice place Really good holiday. ”

“Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”
