“We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating .
When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room .
We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone

“This is a cute old hotel, but clean and updated with sitting room. The shower was very difficult to figure out. Dining was nice and the pub had many areas to sit. Parking is free and plenty of it. In the heart of the town. Not much going on in this town. ”

In the pub the fireplace was turned on and it was good but the room has not heating in operation. However it is August and it was not too cold. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. “This was a good location for The Open Golf and sightseeing. The property would benefit from a washing machine (clothes) for travellers who are on longer trips. Very nicely presented but a little small. The automatic light sensor could be an inconvenience during the night. Beautifully quiet and peaceful.”
