L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. “Love staying here when I’m in town for work. The staff is wonderful (although a male manager at the front desk is kinda surly). Kenny (breakfast server) and Ivan (bartender) are both wonderful (the food and drink are amazing). The hotel offers so many little perks and make you feel so welcome…lavender satchels, wine/happy hour, morning coffee in the lobby (my first stay in may they offered a delicious blended energy fruit drink). The rooms are so comfortable too

“Awesome. Great Rooms with Comfy beds & pillows. Great Pool with Bar & Views. The Gym is the best I have used in a hotel. More machines than I’ve seen, plus free weights (dumbells), with cold water & cold towels for guest. The restaurants were quality, we mainly ate in Texas Spice. It was an easy walk to downtown. Wifi is an extra cost. We thought it was included. TV was excellent, but movies were expensive. But that’s not why we were there. Rooms were also quiet & Ice machine was excellent. ”

Booked this property due to the convenience of location near the Winspear Opera House, where I was attending a performance. Will defintely stay here again. ”
