“On my way from Memphis to New Orleans I stopped in Vicksburg. Quite a disappointing place with no charm or attraction. But the Duff Green Mansion was well worth a stop. A lovely niche!!! I liked all the details and the care our host put in it. What's more the breakfast they serve in the morning is a real feast and not only for the mouth!”

“Our room was extremely comfortable. home is beautiful inside but looks a little sad from the outside so we were pleasantly surprised. Had a good size pool in back although we didn’t use it. I asked for eggs instead of french toast and it looked a little lonely on the plate at first. They did bring me toast afterwards. Bed and room were exceptional .”

“Liked the unique room although hot water wasn’t very hot. Wine and cheese was nice upon arrival but I think the host should have poured the wine. People poured large amounts. The sit down breakfast and tour of Duff mansion was lovely!!”

“We stayed in Mae-Mae's Room at the Steele Cottage and it was great for our needs. Well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible, yet removed from the core downtown area for privacy. The breakfast service at the Duff Green Mansion B&B was good for a first morning, but the 3+ block walk is not directly toward the main part of downtown and the river. I suggest equipping the Steele Cottage with bottled waters and snack items in each room for optimal convenience.”

“Room is very clean and has a kitchen with microwave, full-size fridge, ceramic plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons, even dish detergent, dish sponge. Super convenient for me. They even have cookware and offer to lend cooktop for free of charge. Breakfast food was good. Also, they alternated different dishes each morning so it is not boring for customers. One breakfast they had this leek cheese fluffy pastry that is SOOO good. The lady in the breakfast kitchen was so nice to me. I stayed at this...

“Perfetta per uno stop overnight. Lontana dal centro abitato quindi dovrete prendere l'auto se volete visitare il centro di Vicksburg. Accanto all'albergo c'è un ristorante messicano e poco altro. Struttura messa bene, buona la pulizia delle camere.”
