“The view was wonderful but one of the windows was so dirty we couldn’t really see out of it
The air conditioning is very loud We thought it was a lawn mower the first time it started up. The ductwork is directed toward the bed too so when it came on I was cold. Didn’t affect my husband however
The rest of the room was great”

“The room appeared clean when we first entered. However, as we were getting ready for bed, we discovered a large stain on the bottom sheet. We chose to overlook it, but the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor that became even worse when it got steamy after using the shower. Overall, it negatively affected our stay and cleanliness expectations.”

“Buona struttura, confortevole e comoda.
Personale alla reception poco professionale e svogliato: invece di stare al desk è "spaparazzato" sul divano a guardare video al cellulare.
Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...
