Connecticut Beach Home is a spacious, multi-story coastal retreat located in the idyllic seaside town of Old Lyme, Connecticut. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this inviting beach residence offers the perfect setup for large families, multi-generational groups, or coastal getaways with friends, all located just a half-mile walk from the beach.

The home features a versatile sleeping layout including three King bedrooms and a fourth bedroom furnished with two Queen beds. Additional sleeping space is available on the living room sofa, which converts into a Queen-size pullout bed. With 2.5 bathrooms, morning routines and evening wind-downs are effortless for everyone. The interior boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a formal dining room that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Entertainment is at the heart of the home, featuring a cozy family room with a TV as well as an expansive main living room outfitted with a massive sectional sofa and an 85-inch Smart TV. Individual window AC units in each bedroom, the dining room, and the living room ensure personalized climate control throughout your stay, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Outdoor adventure is built right into your stay with access to a 4-passenger golf cart for effortless neighborhood cruising and a 2-person kayak to explore local waters. Guests have access to a one-car garage. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Please note that parking is strictly enforced: there is absolutely no parking permitted on the front lawn at any time.
Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach located between Rocky Neck public beach and Point of Woods, just 0.5 miles away from the property.
