Good location. Would not recommend bringing children to this rental. The staircase outside and inside the property need to be re done very dangerous. The window in the kids room upstairs was completely detached from the house to get an AC unit in it. It was stuffed with what looked like a shower curtain to block a draft. Not good considering it’s next to a bunk bed. If it was updated it would be a good spot, but right now not worth the cost.

Impeccably clean, walking distance to the beach, pier and mini-golf. A little tight for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable and there is A/C. It does have some steep steps both to get to the 2nd floor apt and inside to get to the bedrooms. Just be aware of this if you are someone who has to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, as the 1 bathroom is on the 1st floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. I wish there had been a washer/dryer as we had wet bathing suits and towels and nowhere to dry them. It is my own fault for assuming, as it is not listed in the amenities. The only other downside was the train, which is right across the street and is very loud. It does run most of the night. They provide a sound machine and earplugs, but they don't help that much. By the 3rd night we got used to it. If you are staying anywhere near the pier, expect to hear the train. We did not cook at all, but the fridge was handy for drinks and leftovers. I would recommend this for families of 4 or less. It was a good price and location as lots of things were sold out for Labor Day weekend. We got into town earlier than expected and asked for early check in. The communication with the host was great and they allowed us to check in once it was cleaned (1/2 hour early).
