“Strutta bella e confortevole. Personale maleducato. Non hanno rifatto la camera e facevano finta di non capire la nostra richiesta.”

“Personale al check in e al check out decisamente poco disponibile e non gentile. Hanno preteso una carta di credito fisica nonostante avessimo già fornito una in fase di prenotazione su Expedia e, sbagliando, ci hanno anche addebitato due volte il costo della camera. Colazione terribile, nulla di fresco”

“Rispetto al centro è un po’ decentrato ma comunque vicino a diversi mezzi pubblici che permettono di spostarsi con semplicità. Struttura nuova e pulita. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno consegnato un buono da 25 dollari da spendere per la colazione o in prodotti che sono disponibili nella hall dell’albergo”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. I requested a king size bed for 2 nights and ended up with 2 doubles. When I went to speak with the front desk, there was a long line. I waited for a bit, but she seemed to be the only person. Anyway, we decided to stay in the room. We were on the third floor and the ice machine would not stop beeping. I went to the front desk, still only 1 person and a line. I told them and they said they would take care of it and they did....

“RECOMMENDED. Forse l'aeratore nel bagno non funzionava (non sentivo il suono della ventola). Il cavo stendiabiti non funzionava. Tutto il resto perfetto, ottima colazione, ci sono già stato 2 volte, tornerò sempre!”

“Esperienza fantastica!! Ci hanno proposto un upgrade ed assegnato una suite gigante con una vista bellissima! Si mangia benissimo ai tutti i ristoranti. Hanno anche servizio di navetta prr Downtown sia con bus che con motoscafo: con viste fantastiche su Boston, impareggiabili al tramonto ”

“Coffee maker briken in the lobby. Ice and water machine brken on my floor. There is no closet only open hanging space and if your under 6' you may struggle to get hangers on and off the rack. The on site resteraurants had nice ambiance but the food was bland and ourageously priced.”

“Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel per alcuni giorni durante una vacanza itinerante nell'est degli Stati Uniti con la mia famiglia, la struttura ha pienamente soddisfatto e confermato le mie aspettative, un hotel nuovo da poco ultimato che si presenta eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista...consigliatissimo, sarà sicuramente di nuovo la mia scelta per un prossimo viaggio a Boston.”
