Hotel vicino a Old Spanish House - Biloxi

“Location and stayed in an updated room. Big bathroom with tub and a shower.”

“Someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am. we had to evacuate the hotel. We were on the 7th floor and as soon as we got outside we were told that we could go back to our rooms. if that wasn bad enough, we waited 20 minutes for maintance to come and restart the elevators. When maintance arrived he didn’t have the correct key after about another 10 minute we were finally allowed to use the service elevator to get back to your room. There was no apology or compensation provided for the inconvenience. ”

“The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training. The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable. The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again ”

“I always stay at this hotel when in town. But they really need to do something about the people smoking (weed) in the rooms that are non smoking. ”

“The room was clean. The hotel has stopped placing paper towels in the kitchen area and they require you to gather all towels and pull trash and take them to the end of the hall before you leave.”
