“A nice little getaway for a couple of days - great change of pace.While we didn’t bring children, I could see this an ideal place to bring kids and/or a large family to have plenty of space. Our dog (passed after we booked it) would have loved the ability to roam around in a gated area.Owner was very attentive. A tree fell on the wood bridge to the river right before we arrived and she had it fixed within the hour.”

“The place was clean, does smell like it hasn’t been used in a while and humid, weird smell. There is a for sale sign in the front, so I’m assuming no one’s been there for a while. Half rolls of toilet paper, we’re 3 half rolls for 6 people. Same as the paper towels. Communication was good. Price might have been too high for the location. Sheets were clean and so was the house.”

“I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again”

“This place is great. We stay in Keaton Beach every year. This is the first year we didn't stay on the water with a dock, but I will say this. This property is really close to the ramp; we paid less than we normally do, and the place has more room than the other places we have stayed. I would make two minor suggestions. 1) Mow the yard. 2) Get some more furniture in the living room and maybe add a TV to the primary suite. “House was clean, ac was already turned on for us, everything we needed for our weekly stay was provided in the house, towels, bedding, toilet paper, exc ! We had a great stay & look forward to coming back !”

“The property had some issues. The master bath sink did not drain. We called to alert the host it wasn’t working. They said they sent someone, but it never drained during our stay. The televisions in the master and hall bedrooms did not work. Someone came over but they never remedied the situation. The house provided ample space for our large group. The pool was nice, but having a skimmer would be a good idea to keep bugs and leaves out. Overall the house was in a great location to the...
