“Easy walking to anywhere you’d want to go - most places downtown are 3-4 blocks (Tiki Hut us as far as we ventured and about 1 1/4 mi each way)Cottage is perfectly appointed and neat as a pin. We didn’t want for anything. Grocery market is still closed so bring food if you intend to cook. Kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back!”

“We really enjoyed our cute cottage with our friends. Perfect location and the golf cart was so convenient to have, it really made our trip more fun! Anthony was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly for any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked and so were the bathrooms. Very clean and the beds were comfy. “This is a charming, comfortable and well appointed cottage. The decor is eclectic and the amenities are all top notch from quality toiletries, soft towels, comfortable bed, ability to watch TV from our Netflix account and a beautiful kitchen with great appliances. “This precious cottage was exactly what we were looking for! I don’t need lavish, I need cozy and comfortable! This was not only that! It was in inviting and refreshing! “Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”

“The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. My friends and I did a kayak trip on the river and the convenience of the location to the boat ramp was wonderful. Unfortunately, a family emergency occurred so we did not stay overnight. I informed the host and got a reply within the hour. I would definitely recommend 10/10. ”
