“Really lovely stay, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with great vegetarian options and friendly staff. The shower was a touch temperamental but after it ran for a bit it wasn't a big issue. Overall really great stay. ”

“Clean room, great staff, parking was okay but I had booked this hotel because it had parking and there were very limited spaces available and it’s on a first come basis. Luckily I managed to get a space. Also hotel details say it’s a 13 minute walk to Utilita Arena but when I Google-mapped it, it was actually 21 minutes - not a big deal but a bit misleading, especially if you have mobility issues.”

“Best hotel I've stayed in for some time. Parking was easy and safe accessible at the rear of the property through a locked gate. The staff were lovely and friendly on checked. It smelled amazing frombthevfood being cooked in the retaurant which i sadly didn't get chance to try. I stated in the Marco Polo suite which was well priced vs other hotels in Birmingham. The room was elegant with lovely decoration. The bed was comfortable with lovely ammenties with an area to work and a lovely big bath...

“Upon checking find hotel owners eating KFC in the dining area. Hotel is under going renovation and ment the bar etc was not useable. Internet isn’t very good and no terrestrial channels on the tv.”

“Communications were great. The room is value for money. A little noisy at night but this to be expected given location. ”
