The bed was ok, but the sheets were not soft! The lighting was atrocious! I checked in late due to a work event, and the staff put me on the 3rd floor (no elevator)! That being said, I hope this review helps management dial in on clear issues. Let’s stick with just the staff today, or lack thereof.
