Villa di campagna lussuosa e modernamente attrezzata immersa in 2.500 metri di terreno privato, posti letto per 18-22 ospiti, piscina di 18 x 6 m e ampia vista ininterrotta.

La villa è stata ampiamente modernizzato negli ultimi anni e offre sistemazioni estremamente privata e suggestiva perfetta fusione i comfort della vita moderna di lusso con quella dell'ambiente naturale che lo circonda. Si tratta infatti di una villa davvero idilliaco!

Le finiture e gli arredi sono di alta qualità, con rovere francese e pavimenti in piastrelle Pizarro, splendidi bagni e una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici a risparmio di lavoro necessari e tavolo teppanyaki giapponese. Si tratta di aria condizionata / riscaldamento in tutta ed è stato decorato con molto gusto.

La villa si trova all'interno dei dintorni collinari tranquille di Sitges, Barcellona e offre spettacolari viste di vasta portata sulla campagna. Esso dispone di un alloggio ampio sia internamente che esternamente ed è perfetto per il relax e il divertimento, per adulti e bambini.

L'alloggio è flessibile e può ospitare fino a 22 ospiti. Ciascuno dei sette a nove camere da letto è molto grande, con soffitti alti, molta luce naturale, con alcune camere da letto che si aprono su terrazze. Tutti hanno ampio immagazzinaggio e spazio guardaroba.

La casa principale è composta da due camere da letto con bagno privato, più altre tre camere da letto che può essere costituita come doppia / camere a due letti o come triple.

L'appartamento annesso offre anche alloggio variabile. Oltre ad avere la propria cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno con ampia cabina doccia, televisione e terrazzo privato, può essere costituita come un appartamento con due camere da letto o un appartamento con una camera da letto con zona giorno.
Un'altra dependance con 2 camere da letto è ora completata per accogliere altri 4 ospiti.

I giardini sono ricchi di palme, ulivi e limoni e forniscono un grande parco giochi per i bambini ... possono nascondere nella casa sull'albero, saltare su e giù sul trampolino, giocare a calcio, nascondino o semplicemente sguazzare nel piscina di 16 x 8 metri. Nel frattempo, gli adulti possono avere il loro divertimento nella zona chill out ... un 80 m2 coperti salotto all'aperto, con posti a sedere comodi, una cucina completa, un bar e zona pranzo ... perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata o anche dopo un breve giorno!

La villa può comodamente ospitare fino a 22 ospiti. Tutte le camere sono molto grandi, con soffitti alti, molta luce naturale con alcuni che hanno accesso alle terrazze. Tutti hanno ampio immagazzinaggio e spazio guardaroba.

Il make up delle camere da letto può essere impostata fino ai requisiti dei clienti.

La casa principale:

La casa principale si compone di 2 en-suite e tre ampie camere da letto che può essere costituita come doppie / camere a due letti o come triple. Quando è richiesta una camera tripla, il terzo letto sarà un letto molto confortevole e resistente ripiegare.


L'appartamento autonomo:

L'appartamento annesso offre anche alloggio variabile. Oltre ad avere la propria cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno con ampia cabina doccia, televisione e terrazzo privato, può essere costituita come un doppio appartamento con due camere da letto o un appartamento con una camera da letto con zona giorno.

La struttura dispone di 2 camere doppie con letti singoli, un bagno e un piccolo soggiorno.

Ladies get away

This property is great and has an abundance of space! The owner helped us grocery shop and hire a chef! We all had an excellent time and enjoyed the beauty of the space. We did not rent a car, but it was recommended. If we had stayed longer we would have. There are many steps so be prepared to carry luggage up and down stairs. Everything was really great! I recommend this place to anyone!

A perfect villa for a group with a wide age range & needs

We had the most fabulous week and made full use of the outdoor kitchen, which worked perfectly as cooking for a group of 16 didn’t mean being locked away inside the house. The pool area is incredible and the pool itself huge. The kids loved the trampoline and we all enjoyed playing table tennis as well as other games, including cricket, beside the pool. The separate annex meant my brother with his 10 month old baby could lock themselves away for sleep times, which was excellent for him and also not trying to keep the other older kids quiet at this time. Our group would highly recommend staying here if you’re seeking a hideaway, away from the masses.

Huset är fint men det finns några saker som man bör veta, utomhus delen är jättefin och där kan man sitta och äta riktigt många. Dock vi var 15 vuxna och det finns inte stolar så man kan sitta inne och äta allihop så det var lite tråkigt. Annars är huset väldigt välutrustat och badrum och kök är fina och det finns ett utmärkt utekök.

Excellent Villa and Guest Experience

The villa is decorated with high attention to details with each room being presented in different styles, from country to beach house, and even modern contemporary style. We appreciated the easy and uncomplicated communication with Charles, who is a wonderful host. When minor things had to be fixed, he was super supportive. The place is perfect for either a big family or a larger group of friends. The special highlights are the 18x5m pool with robotized self-cleaning and the outdoor lounge and kitchen. We want to come back!

Beautiful villa with exceptional outdoor space

A gorgeous week with five families all sharing Villa Palmera. There was plenty of space for us all. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. The children loved the huge pool, table tennis, trampoline and tree house. The adults loved the outside kitchen/bbq and relaxed lounge area which was perfect for evening socialising. We hired the chefs, Edva and Ronin, for three nights. They were so friendly and cooked the most delicious meals. We didn’t have to do anything! They efficiently laid the fabulous long outdoor table, served and cleared away. This is a perfect villa for large groups in a beautiful setting with something for everyone. Highly recommended.

Excellent family holiday location

Had a wonderful time with friends and family at this property. The pool is huge and the area around the pool is a great place to relax for kids and adults. The bedrooms are spacious, as are the common rooms. All around, a great experience.

We enjoyed a lot. Villa was very big, clean and comfortable. We had 21 visitors (all adults) and we fit in very well. Outside pool area is also fantastic and you can make food as well outside. The owners where very helpfull and we highly recommend.

Fabulous villa in lovely surroundings

Beautiful luxurious villa with a homely feel. Amazing pool with an outside dining area and kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The hosts are lovely- nothing is too much trouble. Thank you, Alex & Charles. We used the service of the local private chef and Chef Ronen and Edva are truly amazing - such lovely people, cooking us mouthwatering dishes every time.

Don't hesitate to book this place! Excellent for families, having the biggest pool we have ever had at a holiday house! Outside eating & cooking area was brilliant. All rooms lovely with essential aircon. Beautiful place & area. Amenities close by. Very helpful owners. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Family reunion - loved the house

Is what is says on the tin. We stayed for 7 days, enjoyed ourselves, and would return. The house itself was a beautiful Catalan/ Spanish house but kitted out with modern kitchen, pool, and bathrooms - a rarity according to locals we spoke with. If you are considering staying here, one perk that is not listed in the description is access to Edva the personal chef (for a fee). Her and her team went way beyond expectations providing us the highest quality of meals while walking us through the significance and history of each dish. We planned to have her team cook for two nights for our large group, but ended up hiring them for a third. -Tom

AWESOME MULTI-FAMILY VACATION

We had a great time - Charles and Alexandra were great hosts and the property is really nice. We spent a lot of time with the kids in the pool and there are 2 separate apts/guest houses that are great if you have a family that wants some space - each one is 2 bedrooms and one has its own kitchen. The outside pool areas was fabulous and we grilled and ate many of our meals outside. We look forward to returning!!

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous villa

We rented Villa Palmera for a friend's 30th birthday celebration with ~20 guests and had a great time. Communication ahead of our arrival was great and they were more than helpful with any queries we had. Check-in itself was with the owner and he did a very good job to ensure we had a full overview of the villa and all the amenities (and even offered Cava welcome drinks!) The villa itself is much better than the pics give it credit for, rooms are great and it does indeed sleep 22 comfortably. Would definitively recommend this for anyone looking at renting a quiet, tranquil place outside of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona (30mins drive from airport / only downside is practically non-existent public transportation alternatives)

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a fabulous stay here. The villa is beautiful and the outdoor living area makes it extra special. It has a fully fitted outdoor kitchen including oven hob and fridge freezer, lounge area and bar seating area with bar stools. We were hardly inside !! The pool is huge and we spent many hours, day and evening, in the pool. The setting is stunning, although mosquitos are a plenty, be sure to take plenty of strong repellent. You do need a car as supermarkets and beaches ect are a short drive away. Sitges is lovely with clean beaches and a great choice of restaurants and bars. The harbour is well worth a visit too, especially for dinner. We would highly recommend this villa and the only suggestions for improvement that we noted were that we would have preferred more cleaning provided ( cleaners come once per week and change towels, bedding and clean ). We would have preferred maybe 2/3 times per week, just for the cleaning not the bedding change. This is just personal choice though. You will not be disappointed with this villa !!

En super villa for storfamilier eller familier som ferierer sammen. Bassenget og lounge-området er helt fantastisk med fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Villaen ligger i et rolig område, og det er kort vei å kjøre til Sitges. Perfekt sted å kombinere med en storbyferie i Barcelona i forkant eller etterkant av oppholdet. Alex og Charles er profesjonelle utleiere og er flinke til å følge opp, samt sørger for at man har et fint opphold. Huset anbefales.

A quirky villa with lovely pool and outdoor kitchen and living area

Charles and Alex were extremely helpful before, during and after our stay at Villa Palmera. They helped us organise chefs, restaurants and grocery deliveries. We had one small accident whilst at the villa and Charles was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The outside area of the villa was the main attraction for us: The pool was big and the perfect temperature to be both refreshing but warm enough for the children to stay in for hours. The outdoor kitchen and living area was great for pool side relaxation and lunches. The chef, Natasja, also cooked 2 amazing dinners for us by the pool. We booked the whole villa which included the new garden room and the separate 2 bed annex with a kitchenette. We didn't end up using the 2 bed annex with the kitchen for various reasons but the second bedroom in there doesn't have air-con. The villa itself is quirky and well loved. It felt like a home away from home. The large living and dining room was very sociable, the kitchen was well equipped but could have done with some large water glasses. We had a few nights where we were woken up by the neighbours dogs barking but apart from that it was quiet. We went into Sitges on two evening: one evening we went to Queenz for their dinner cabaret show which was absolutely hilarious. We had a fantastic meal at a restaurant Charles recommended called Carnivor by Valenti. We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Palmera with 8 adults, 3 children and baby (age range 8months to 67 years old!)

Fantastic property and an amazing stay.

This is a lovely property, we had an amazing time and this villa is perfect for families and large groups. The owners are wonderful and extremely professional. They recommended local drivers who were also excellent and punctual. Great location as very secluded however only 20 minutes from Sitges and 50 minutes from Barcelona if you need to be out and about or if you prefer lounging around the pool area its perfect for this also. There are caterers you can hire to cook your meals alternatively you can use the villas amazing facilities which are all equipped with all modern appliances. There were a couple of things we needed done whilst we were there and one email to the owners and they were all sorted. Excellent service. AMAZING week in a lovely villa and area, highly recommended!! Thank you.
