“Newly renovated , the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. When I arrived there was a note to call to be let in .same when trying to check out the main person was not answering so went there and he wasn’t around was told to just leave my key in the room .. overall there were beds quite hard .. and ac and mini fridge so everything we needed”

“I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...

“All what we expect is met basic”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“Location was excellent. The motel was dated but location made up for that. It had great parking, and was across the road from the beach. Nice pool on premise. Would stay again.”

“A very pleasant surprise. What a lovely place to stay in Penticton. The room had everything we needed in it, the fridge and microwave were a bonus. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with. The pool looked lovely. Sadly, we didn't have bathing suits with us. Easy to get to the beach and the beach park, right across the street. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.”
