“This Best Western is terribly run down. The rooms are disgusting with old dirty carpet, very uncomfortable old soft beds and dirty bathrooms. I spent almost $250 per night and it was run down, filthy and with a breakfast consisting of toast, waffles, cereal and hard biscuits with gravy. It was a complete carb filled breakfast with NO protein like eggs or sausage. This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at!!!”

“I never leave reviews but this was so shockingly good I have to. I was in town for Brandi at the gorge, just needed a quick place to sleep, and figured a 2-star hotel would do the trick. This place is fantastic: large room, clean and updated. The manager (I think she said manager) happened to be there when I checked in and she was so nice and helpful. “The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the main guy that works at the front desk. Overall, it was fine. It could use some renovations, such as the shower heads being very wonky. The pillows were very weird and small, but we had brought our own so it worked out. Room was definitely not super quiet. We could hear people turning the water on and off and flushing, and even people just having regular conversations. The AC was also quite noisy, so we couldn't leave it on....

“Underwear under the bed when we arrived, smelled like cigarettes, a person was peeing under the stairs when I went to grab my bag from the car. Not my favorite.”
