“The place was beautiful. The staff notified us ahead of time that the technology was not working accordingly. Therefore, we were greeted at the door by Carmen. Of course it was graduation weekend and Carmen had offered us a ride. The room was great and very quiet. If ever I have a reason to stay in Ellensburg again, I would check Icon's availability first.”

“Friendly staff. Gave 4-stats because the train ran in front of our room all night. Ask for the backside of the hotel to avoid this. At $400 night, a makeup mirror would be nice! Only gives 2 servings of coffee for two nights for two people, decaf does not count. All the Lobby garbage was overflowing with garbage. Nice gym :-D Sadly, I would not stay here again.”

“Very good breakfast offering, with a comfortable room in a location convenient to CWU. We made use of the pool and hot tub, which were very nice after a long day on the road. Second time we've stayed at this location and we would recommend it.”

“Hallways smelled funny...like an old person home. The furniture & bedding was outdated. Room was clean though. Paid 250. as was CWU graduation but on any other night it is a 79./night hotel. It felt like a 79. hotel.”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the main guy that works at the front desk. Overall, it was fine. It could use some renovations, such as the shower heads being very wonky. The pillows were very weird and small, but we had brought our own so it worked out. Room was definitely not super quiet. We could hear people turning the water on and off and flushing, and even people just having regular conversations. The AC was also quite noisy, so we couldn't leave it on....

“The room was dirty, the bathroom had blood in it, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable as a pull out bed. I had my kids with me and did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room with the lack of cleanliness. The front desk gal was the only pleasant thing about the stay as she tried to help. The pool was down which should be announced that it hasn’t been working for months as that is why we booked the stay. There was also loud noise in the walls from plumbing or something that work go off...
