Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e servizi
The floor had no carpet so was very cold and also dirty. There was no ice machine and no place to get hot water for tea. The staff was never at the front desk and had to be called if something was needed. The maids never came into the room for the three days we were there so the trash can was running over. The pet deposit was three times higher than anyplace we've ever stayed. There wasn't even a continental breakfast. My husband left a voice message on the phone because staff didn't answer when we were ready to check out and told them where he left the key card. They called and implied that there was a plant in the room and it was missing. There was NO plant in the room.
