“Property was nice. Staff was great. Room was a good value and very clean. Only complaint was the other guests at the breakfast buffet. Most of the guests seemed very rude. Breakfast area was chaotic due to people’s lack of common courtesy. No fault of the hotels though”

“Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?”

“Room was spacious, large kitchen. Couch was oddly small and had a food stain, not comfortable. Area is right in the city and can walk to stadiums and along the waterway/bridges. No housekeeping.”

“Loved the decor, location and feel of the hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The only issue was the fact that there was a wedding one night and we could hear the DJ and all the noise two stories below us. Everything quieted down by 11, but that is definitely a consideration.”

“The check in area & rest of the lobby was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. A good way to start the day. Room for the most part was clean. One issue i had was having to join a rewards program to get Wi-Fi. The drinks & snacks in concession area were very highly priced.”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“What a beautiful place! Clean room, great shower, sink, and toilet. Very comfy bed. Free breakfast, and you pick off a menu, while you're waited on. I had the smoked salmon Benedict eggs. It was built in 1909 and is all marble floors and some walls. Just gorgeous! Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.”

“Breakfast was fine, about what you'd expect we shared here for the proximity to PNC Park, the area is great, lots of bars and restraunts, couldn't ask for a better area to stay in. ”

“The room was spacious, the facilities were older but nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the elevator. On two separate occasions it missed the floor we were suppose to stop on and one time the door opened in-between floors. This needs to be worked on. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.”
