“Great rooms and breakfast ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The property is very clean and quiet. The staff are very helpful and considerate. The rooms are comfortable. The continental breakfast is one of the best we've had and the Oxbow provides a very good dining experience.”

“Great location in downtown Calgary. Absolutely no problem walking out the main doors and grabbing one of the 3 or so taxis waiting. Staff is very courteous and prompt. Well kept room. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in the city.”

“The breakfast should start early around 6:30 am 3 bunk beds in the same room is too much people sharing different routines. ”
