Hotel vicino a Olympic Plaza - Calgary

“Ottimo hotel con stanze un po’ rumorose ma pulite e spaziose. Colazione molto buona.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Our room was a corner room. It was a nice size. The side view was an alleyway. The air conditioning would not get below 22. We let them know more than once, but it was never resolved. Room got hot, so we opened the patio door. Loved that there was a parking garage and it didn’t cost extra to park. That was made up for with all the Calgary fees and taxes. Very basic continental breakfast, but it was nice to come downstairs for coffee. There was no gym, we would have had to go to another hotel....

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Everything was good but the sink stopper was stuck in the closed position. Maintenance did fix the stopper issue but still, the water did not flow out of the sink properly.”

“Have been going here for years but for some reason ( June 12-14 ) it was not very good. There were lots of kids ( so be it nothing to do about that ) bed was very rough and not comfortable ( me and my wife both had issues sleeping ) and the pricing was a little to high for us wanting to come back.”
