“The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge customers to park when we are already paying to stay at the hotel. Because of this, we will not be staying there again. Plenty of other hotels that do not charge to park in the HOTEL parking lot. ”
