  • situato nel cuore del Villaggio Olimpico centrale, questo complesso è il vostro ideale Sierra fuga! Meno di un miglio alla stazione sciistica e il villaggio di Squaw Valley, stiamo anche incastonato tra Truckee e Tahoe City, dove si trovano altre stazioni sciistiche, porti turistici, negozi e ristoranti!

    Il nostro condominio è una camera da letto con due bagni. Situato al primo livello per un facile accesso, solo un paio di passi fino alla porta d'ingresso.

    Il soggiorno aperto con camino è perfetto per la raccolta e rilassarsi dopo una giornata di battere le piste o altre divertenti attività all'aperto. Il televisore a schermo piatto è dotato di cavo per il vostro piacere di intrattenimento.

    Sento come un pasto cucinato a casa? La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie essenziali. Fuori la cucina è lo spazio da pranzo, insieme alla barra superiore cucina. Nella sala da pranzo viene porte scorrevoli per la propria terrazza privata. Fatevi una tazza di caffè al mattino, prendere fuori e godersi l'aria frizzante di montagna!

    Nella camera da letto è un comodo California King Bed e bagno padronale.

    Per accogliere il nostro 3 °, 4 °, 5 ° e 6 ospiti sono due comodi divani letto nel soggiorno. Il secondo bagno completo si trova anche fuori dalla sala.

    Non importa in quale periodo dell'anno si visita, ci sono decine di attività e luoghi da godere in Placer County!

    Il nostro appartamento è situato nel complesso Tavern Inn, dotato di una piscina, 12 di diametro pediluvio, 2 saune, 2 campi da tennis, e un comodo accesso a percorsi fluviali e ciclabili, navetta per Ski Area & High Camp con il pattinaggio su ghiaccio e il nuoto sono solo un 1/2 miglio al Resort at Squaw Creek.

    Situato a meno di 5 minuti dal Villaggio a Squaw Valley! Il Villaggio dispone di negozi meravigliosi, deliziosi ristoranti, una sala yoga, un centro benessere e day camp per bambini.

    sogno di un amante degli sport invernali, ci si trova a 5 minuti da Squaw Valley Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows a soli 10 minuti e 20 minuti di auto si porta a North Star Ski Resort a Truckee. Queste località offrono sci, snowboard, sci di fondo, motoslitte e molto altro ancora!

    Il fiume Truckee è grande attrazione nel periodo estivo per coloro che cercano di ottenere bagnato. Ci sono una serie di guide di rafting locali e allestitori che offrono tour. Per chi cerca una giornata morbido sul fiume, il 'float pigro' da Tahoe City a Alpine Meadows è uno dei più popolari attività del tempo estivo per i turisti e gente del posto. operazioni di Rafting in genere eseguite tra l'inizio di luglio e la fine di agosto.

    A 25 minuti di macchina si porta a Kings Beach sul lago Tahoe. Godere di spiagge, ristoranti e il porto turistico a Kings Beach per le attività nautiche.

    Trascorrere una giornata in visita Tahoe City, offrendo a 4 stelle di ristoro, negozi, gallerie e un sacco di attività! Tenete d'occhio per il programma mercato dell'agricoltore!

    Situato in posizione centrale al largo della Hwy 89 tra il Truckee e il Lago Tahoe su Squaw Valley Road.

    In estate, si può raggiungere a piedi il villaggio, a circa 10 minuti a piedi per prendere la navetta di sci della località sciistica Squaw Valley o Resort di sci alpino.

We used this location for sleeping and regrouping. Spend most of our time in tahoe city. Needs new towels. But we had a comfortable stay. Unable to find location for about an hour. Host send us a different street name and we found the location

Location is great.

Would be an absolute 5 star review but the pillows aren’t for me. Personal preference I know… just didn’t have many alternative options. In the future, I would stay here again in a heart beat. I’ll just bring my own pillow! Thanks for the stay!

Good ski trip

70's condo. Price was right Well worn, all necessities worked except vacuum cleaners. Stove needs leveling. Fold out couches okay beds for kids or strong backs. Check out shuttle services to Palisades, and Base to Base gondola to Alpine Meadows. Kids made a sledding hill right outside the door.

Very dated run down unit

Location & communication was good however very run down dirty feeling unit. Kitchen cabinet door rotting off hinges, grossly dirty dishes rack in window- had to wash every dish we used & mash of very old pots & pans that were coated in grime & dirt with coating peeling off. Cabinets were so old & grime coated - was awful. No toilet paper in second bathroom - 1 roll in master bath but light in that one flickered then went off and on. Would Never recommend this rental ever.

Received a call, several, while skiing and finally checked voice mail. Our lodgings for that night and next had frozen pipes and no heat. Sorry, you'll get a full refund. For certain, but I had no place to stay and was on the slopes at 2:30pm. I contacted customer service and finally reached our host. With some firm discussion, I convinced him to get us an alternative. To his credit, he did and probably a nicer place and certainly bigger. We did have to drive 50 miles in two days further to ski but I was pleased to have had it work out as well as it did. Thanks to our host for stepping up. There certainly should be an emergency alternative in the wings. Thanks.

Location incredible/Unit itself was so so.

We paid a LOT for the week to stay here and were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people/6 nights. This information was not provided ahead of time. Only 1-2 burners would work on the stove at a time. Cooking 3 meals a day for 4 people on 1 burner was not ideal. When I contacted the property manager they told me “it should work It was checked last month”. The sofa beds are REALLY old/uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on them as couches instead (I’ve stayed on 100s of sofa beds before these specifically were terrible). The cookie sheets were so burnt and disgusting we had to go buy foil. The drying rack for dishes was NASTY. We did not use it. This place has HUGE potential but for almost $300 a night it was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking was as early as October and nonrefundable if cancel after Nov 2. However I didn't receive any instructions about how to check in prior to the date I depart. It's only when I asked for check in details that I was asked to submit selfie photo holding ID for verification. I'm wondering if I didn't ask will I ever get any notification or not. After check in, I found that the WiFi is not working and was due to owner didn't pay internet bill. I notified Vbro immediately and requested this to be fixed. I also indicated if the WiFi is not fixed in the evening, I will check out next morning and request refund. It's not fixed. Next morning, I want to give it another try, but the WiFi is still not working. I left the house in the morning. Due to this, I have to book hotel rooms for 2 nights. I asked for refund but didn't get any response on this from Vbro. As for the house itself, I didn't see any Shampoo/Conditioner and body wash in the bath room. The first time I turned on shower faucet, the water is yellow. It seems nobody living in the house for months. Overall the experience is very bad

Lots of potential, but desperately needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay for a couple. Even though it sleeps 8 (2 pullout sofas) it might be a little crowded for 8. Place is very nice, the kitchen was fully stocked with stuff to cook with, bed was comfortable and bathrooms were ok. Small things need to be updated and you have to watch out for the hot water. 2 people can't take showers at the same time. I ran out of hot water. Still, I thought it was a great place to stay, especially if you're just using it to sleep and not planning on staying in there a lot.

The sheets on the bed literally had holes and tears in them. The kitchen looks like a garage sale. Light bulbs are out, bathroom fans barely work, closets are a total mess, etc... it goes on and on. You can tell that whoever owns or runs this place doesn't care whatsoever about how terrible this place is because suckers (like me!) will book it due to the location.

Large for one bedroom, comfortable ski cabin (not fancy)

We were happy to find this nice condo and give it a try during our first stay in Tahoe area. It was priced very competitively and although some reviews were sketchy about issues, we found everything worked and the kitchen had a surprising amount of cooking equipment that was perfect as we like to fix our meals. The TV actually had YouTubeTV option which was awesome, as I have that at home and was able to quickly find things and even schedule to record all NCAA march madness games in seconds and a few news programs - very rare for a rental condo! No stereo system or anything but plenty of board games and a picnic table that will hold your gang. The kitchen light didn't work at first, because the thermostat was set to like 55 degrees and the ballast in the florescent light didn't' want to work... I was disappointed after a long drive to find it so cold inside and took 2 hours to heat up to 67 but the light started working. All in all, it was quiet and we would definitely come back. Parking is limited pretty much to 1 car from what I could tell. Took a while to find it on the loop but after that was a breeze.

What are minimum Standards to be a VR Host? What is protocol of property? SAFETY must be a priority for all rentals. Here is a list - that must be addressed regarding safety as it is unacceptable in current condition. 1. Electrical plugs inoperable in both bathrooms and not code-fire hazard 2. Toilets are not secure to floor in guest bathroom 3. Toilets seat is not secure/broken in guest bathroom 4. Not all electrical outlets function in master room. 5. Outside door in master room did not shut/ secure properly 6.Wireless router had to be plugged to another outlet across room that was functioning. Lost internet 3 times in 4 days. 7.Kitchen - cabinetry missing drawer front 8. Coffee pot - broken as missing carafe - 9. Toaster is a fire hazard - THIS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED 10. General cleanliness of linens was suspect - I was not confident all bedding / towels were clean. 11. There was no soap to wash towels and linens as requested. 12. Caulking missing in guest shower 13. Kitchen electrical plugs not up to code 14. Slow bathtub drain

Highway 80 Shutdown makes Condo worthless

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was dirty, soiled linens and pubic hair on the toilet. Incredibly dusty. Not suitable for us and our toddler. Contacted host and let them know that I had to rent a hotel down the street and then he ghosted me. Not cool

Relive Your College Apartment

We got off on the wrong foot with this rental. The rental company - my VR host - made us very uncomfortable, asking us to send scanned images of our IDs to them via email. When we asked why, they never offered any explanation other than it was required. A simple “it’s like a hotel” or “we want to make sure you’re not cooking meth” would have sufficed. Perhaps more frustrating was that they did not offer a secure method for us to send it to them. A really naive approach to Internet security. We ended up sending a scanned copy with just a face and picture and everything else redacted. There are great things about this place. The fridge and microwave look new. The fireplace is awesome. The location can’t be beat (although the Mountaineer app does not pick up here if you want to head to Alpine — you have to take the bus). However, the dishes are clearly the Owners’ old pots and pans and plates, ie, the ones you’re done using at home so you take them to your cabin. The bathroom fans are loud and grimy, the bathrooms are old and show it, and the pull out bed, beds, and sheets all clearly had a lot of use. It wasn’t wholly unclean, but it felt a lot like a college apartment with dudes living in it. Sure, they cleaned and picked up, but you could never quite get comfortable or want to stay there more than a day or two. There is a degree of this in every rental, but at this place I just couldn’t quite shake the feeling that the comforter wasn’t washed between our stay and the previous guests. If the owners had been running this, and we’d have met them, we probably would have felt a lot more comfortable. But to start with that management company and then come to this place, we would not recommend booking for more than $100/night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was not as nice as they made it seem. The fully stocked kitchen didn’t have a cutting board nor basic measuring spoons or cups. The place is rather old and my husband found mouse poop in a side drawer. If the place was cheaper we would have been a little more forgiving but at that price??
