Recentemente aggiornato, grande cucina aperta con elettrodomestici Samsung, Keurig, bagno padronale privato, Wifi, e (3) tavoli da gioco. Nella stanza di famiglia c'è un televisore Ultra HD da 55 "4k con Roku, antenna digitale per canali locali e lettore DVD. Alcuni forniscono letti, fornisco ricordi. House è l'ideale per single, gruppi o aziende. Situato in posizione centrale nei pressi di I80 e I680, centro città, Baxter Arena, Henry Doorly Zoo, TD Ameritrade Park, CHI Health Center (CenturyLink Center), Childrens Hospital, UNMC, UNO, Creighton, e Eppley. Tranquillamente situato lungo la strada da una scuola in un ottimo quartiere, ampio parcheggio.

La casa è molto accogliente, immersa in una zona sicura e tranquilla. 3 delle 4 camere da letto sono dotate di letti con materassi in memory foam 100% nuovissimi e nella quarta camera da letto sono presenti 3 coppie di letti a castello. Mi piace cucinare e faccio del mio meglio per rifornire la cucina con quello che vorrei, con un libro di cucina Betty Crocker. La cucina ha anche una caffettiera da 12 tazze e un Keurig. Nuovo AC e apparecchi nel 2018, nuovo forno e scaldabagno. Sono un appaltatore e vigile del fuoco quindi non solo il tuo comfort è importante per me, ma anche la tua sicurezza. Rilevatori di fumo in ogni camera da letto e 4 estintori in tutto. Prenota con fiducia dato che ho affittato case per 12 anni, sono sicuro che apprezzerai il tuo soggiorno in questo 1618 mq di terreno chiuso + 858 dollari di superficie abitabile.

Il tutto in pochi isolati, ci sono 4 negozi di alimentari (alimentari naturali, Hy-Vee, Walmart, Aldi), Star Bucks, Scooter, Walgreens (che ha il Redbox più vicino FYI - 72nd St & Cass St), e diversi ristoranti. Trader Joe's e Whole Foods anche entro 10 minuti. 17 minuti per Eppley Airfield Airport (OMA).

We needed a family oriented place to stay for only a couple nights to attend our niece's wedding. Almost every other listing had "jacked" their costs up and required a minumum five nights stay because the college world serious was also occurring. We had a WHORABLE experience with having confirmed and paid for VRBO rental at vrbo #407692 and then the owner cancels our reservation and it takes one to two weeks for our payment to be refunded. THANKS GOD for Jeremy and this property. It is what it lists, a nice modest home that was the "landing spot" for our family to come and go for the wedding. THANK YOU Jeremy!!!!!!!

The property is wonderful but I think it needs a good thorough cleaning. If you expect people to launder items, I would recommend paying close attention to the linens smell and cleanliness. I left the kitchen cleaner than when we got there. The floors need a deep clean as our granddaughter's feet were black from running around. We could not find any scissors. I loved this property and it made our weekend celebration great, I'm just sharing it needs a good cleaning. Thank you!

The house was great and worked perfectly for our staff retreat. Plenty of room and a nice neighborhood. Everything is exactly as noted in the listing.

This is obviously an investment property built in the 1970s with an owner who does not want to update or repair anything so everything throughout the house is dated / original. The list is long: old, dirty, original brown shag carpeting (with a laughable sign asking to remove shoes), worn threadbare bedding and towels, smelly pillows, crumbling particle-board vanities, broken tile, purple painted walls, broken down furniture, tile countertops / dirty grout. The only thing new were the uncomfortable foam mattresses (no one slept well), the laundry machines in the dank basement, and the thermostat - which was locked by owner with cryptic instructions so we couldn't change the temperature, which was a horrible, uncomfortable inconvenience on the hot nights. Instructions state to ONLY leave 5 star reviews. We chose this property because it was down the street from friends - which was its only good feature.

Three moms and three basketball players stayed here for a weekend of basketball. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store with easy access to main streets. The house could use more kitchen accessories (i.e. large bowls, baking dishes etc.) and the carpet needs replaced. The couch was very worn as well. The house was clean and spacious and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting our college student at UNO! We greatly appreciated that our walkway was shoveled after fresh snow fell on our first night in Omaha! The large table and game room downstairs made "Forced Family Fun" easy and FUN!

After the first night, I woke up with a bunch of insect bites all over my body. After doing my research on the internet the pattern of the bites appeared to be bed bugs. I then pulled back to sheets to find a few of them crawling around in addition to their moltings. Th molting and moving insects were consistent to what I found online for being bed bugs. I did attempt to contact the owner but there were communication issues. After the weekend, we were able to get into contact. The owner at this point kept saying he was confused/surprised how it was possible that only one room was affected as I was the only one with bites. Believe me, I was confused too but that doesn’t change the fact that I had bites all over my body which progressed to blistering and swelling so much that I could not close my right fist. For attempting to alert him that he had a pest issue he definitely made me feel like I was making it up despite the fact that I sent him photos of this bites. I understand you cannot control all variables involved with hosting but the way in which the situation was handled was poor. Per the owner, pest control has been out to address the issue.

We had two adults and four kids and the house was just right for us. The bunk beds were a hit, so we’re the games in the basement. Comfortable and very close to target and restaurants.
