There is also a sun deck area with 6+2 sun deck chairs. This area is a few steps lower than the covered outdoor dining and barbecue area, where you have a wooden dining table for 10 people, a stylish lounge corner, and a Weber gas barbecue. This region is directly accessible from the living/dining room.
* The ground floor is fully air-conditioned and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious kitchen island with stools, a Delonghi coffee maker, a microwave oven, and everything you need to cook. The living area features sofas, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, free WiFi, a Sonos surround system throughout the whole house, and a direct approach to the outdoors. A distinct restroom facility.
