“Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”

“Wonderful pool. Many things to do near by if you have a car. There in the hot springs, wine and chocolate factory with excellent food menu. Thai temples in the area.”

“Let’s start with the room. It was not cleaned very well. Dirt all over the floors, stains, and not stocked with adequate tissue, soap, towels, etc for two people staying multiple days. The staff were stingy with towels so you had to bring your used towels back to them because your only allowed two towels per room at a time. You’re only allowed one roll of tissue at a time so when we ran out my hubby had to run down stairs to get more. The staff weren’t very helpful. Did not speak much English....
