“Easy and free parking. Friendly staff. Clean and very spacious room.”

“This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. ”

“breakfast was ok for powdered eggs, but the coffee was good. the Air conditioning in my room didn't work and causing it to only be comfortable after midnight.”

“Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type...

“If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door.”

“My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff was very rude, except for the maintenance guy who let me in after hours. While I understand hotels have their policies in place for a reason I was there in town for a wedding and I was asking for at least 10 minutes of an earlier check-in time and I was just met with so much rude attitude. ”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.”
