“This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. ”

“Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“An excellent welcome—the area was clean, and the studio was very comfortable for a couple. I really liked it; it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy yourself.”

“I encountered the staff while I was sitting outside with family. The owner was personable and very nice. The room was older, the shower was very small and there was an occasional small bug that came in but it was comfortable for what I needed it for and for the amount of time I needed it.”
