“I was traveling solo through Matsushima Bay and I found this amazing Ryokan through an AI/Google search. I was highly impressed with service provided by the staff! I especially liked their use of some cool technology I had not seen before (it was a set up of two microphones, one facing the guest and one facing the staff, that automatically translated speech to text for display on a digital board between us as we spoke to each other). This was extremely helpful during my check in/out process...

“エアコンの効きもよく、掃除も行き届いていました。 ただ、冷蔵庫のスイッチが切ってあることに気づきませんでした。冷蔵庫に「使用の際にはスイッチを入れてください」といったような注意書きをつけていただけるとありがたいですね。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。”

“ロビーにあるテーブルと椅子ですが、フロントのスタッフの目の前にあり、あまりに近い距離にあるため、常に視線を感じ、全くくつろげませんでした。パーテーション代わりに観葉植物などを置くなど、検討いただきたいです。”

“　二人での1泊2日の旅行に利用させていただきました。 　リーズナブルな宿ということもあり、快適さやサービスに多少の不安はありましたが、実際に行って見ると部屋は清潔でレンジやポケットWi-Fiなどの貸し出し、充実したアメニティなどもあり、価格以上に満足できる滞在でした。 　また、チェックインに手続きが不要である点も、観光で疲れた足でホテルに向かってそのまま部屋に真っ直ぐ入れて個人的には良かったです。”
