    Lasciati alle spalle la città e vieni a goderti la bellezza e le attività del Lago Nero e dell'area circostante. La nostra casa sul lungolago si trova su 78 piedi della facciata del Lago Nero con spiaggia privata di sabbia, buca per il fuoco e molo per la vostra barca. Black Lake è poco profondo con fondo sabbioso ed è perfetto per nuotare e divertirsi in acqua. Goditi tramonti e fuochi spettacolari dopo una giornata trascorsa a nuotare, pescare e andare in barca. Abbiamo 2 kayak per il vostro uso.

    Puoi guidare la tua 4 ruote, side-by-side, dirt bike o motoslitta fino ai bellissimi sentieri Black Mountain direttamente da casa. Tanto spazio per parcheggiare la barca, l'ATV e / o i rimorchi per motoslitte. Altre attività / attrazioni nelle vicinanze includono Ocqueoc Falls, campo da golf UAW Black Lake Championship, Awakon Park (arte / sculture), Onaway State Park (bicicletta / a piedi), Mackinac Island, sci di fondo e Cross in the Woods e Big Bear Adventures nel fiume indiano.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful week. Very quiet and peaceful, with stunning sunsets. Cottage was perfect for 2 couples. Super clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Water is crystal clear, with hard sandy bottom and shallow for 2 football fields.

Black Lake Home

This house was wonderful to stay in. The beach was great, a little dirty but my 2 and 1 year olds loved it. The house was as advertised. A lot of spiders but that is to be expected with a lake house. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but not unbearable. The neighbors are the hosts of the home and were very inviting.

Lovely house on the water!

We had a great time for all involved, property was well kept. The beach was a little durty and the grass was long, but that was due to an extenuating circumstance on the owners side. The only downside would be the lack of AC in the over the garage rooms and the extra cleaning fee if you use them.

Just Perfect!

Great week on Black Lake - this property checks all the boxes. Great communication from the owners and they couldn't have been more cooperative and helpful. Nice, clean house with plenty of space and beds/rooms for our group of 8. House was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Nice grassy area in the back leads to a sandy beach area where our young ones spent a lot of time. The lake stays shallow with a hard, sandy bottom for quite a distance which was great for our whole group. We loved the firepit and kayaks, and you can't beat the sunsets! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family

My husband and I rented this property as a Christmas gift for our adult children and their significant others. We were looking for someplace that could accommodate our large group and have a beach area for our grand kids to play. The sandy beach was a great area for them, as well as the shallow water with a sandy bottom where they could walk out for the better part of a mile and still only be waist high. We enjoyed relaxing and having bonfires and playing games. Is was nice to disconnect from technology and just be together enjoying one another’s company.

Perfect Lakehouse Getaway

This lake house and property was perfect for our annual 4th of July trip. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and had large windows facing the lake. The garage was perfect for storing some of our boating and fishing toys. The beach, shallow and clear water was great for swimming. The mooring chain kept my boat safe and secure. The deck had seating where we ate most of our dinners while looking out at the lake. And the firepit was used each night while waiting for amazing sunsets across the lake. The owners are next door and super helpful and responsive. I had some trouble with the bearings on my trailer and they were able to connect me with a local shop and get me in the next morning. We've stayed at a different VRBO property each of the last 5 years for the 4th of July week and this was the best one yet.

Summer getaway

This was our 2nd year at this property and somehow it was even better than the first! Hosts are wonderful – great communication and couldn’t have been more helpful – Thank You! The house has everything you need. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds, open-concept great room/kitchen/dining area, deck, grassy area in back, sandy beach area, firepit, kayaks, beach toys, and sunsets. The lake itself is perfect for our group, but especially for the 2 younger children with us. The water is clean and crystal-clear with a hard, sandy bottom. Even better for us, the water stayed shallow (waist-high for an adult) for hundreds of yards. Great house – great lake – great week of fun and relaxation!

Up North Paradise

From the beginning until the end our time at Black Lake was magnificent. Donna was very responsive answering every question before and during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard led directly to a private beach and the lake. Everything we needed was on site and available to us throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better piece of paradise. The photos do not do the home justice. It was absolutely perfect. We tried to book again for later this summer, but, sadly, there was no availability. We are planning on returning again next year. Thank you! Wonderful times!

Needs a good cleaning

This is a beautiful place right on the lake. It doesn't feel at all like a 5 bedroom home because two of the rooms are above the detached garage (with no bathroom). It is also required that you pay an additional fee for using the bedrooms above the garage. I would imagine if it is hot out these rooms would be uncomfortable with no air conditioning. The home had been lightly cleaned and sheets had been changed on our arrival but the home is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The amount of dust, cobwebs are overall lack of attention to detail was hard to overlook. The owners live next door giving the home more of a bed and breakfast feel than a VRBO. This could be a great place with some deep cleaning and attention to details.

Very nice house and great big lake

House had everything we needed and host was right next door. Black lake didn't disappoint, managed a couple really nice days for cruising the lake and a little fishing. Didn't manage to find any of the larger panfish, but they are in there somewhere based on the amount of smaller perch we caught. Managed an 18.5 in smallie as the biggest bass and a couple smaller ones. Drove up into the river in the north end of the lake on one of the windier days and found some largemouth along the lily pads. Had a group of 7, with a couple beds to spare so could definitely sleep 11 as the listing states. Plenty of smaller rivers nearby to kayak and explore as well.
