“Very good breakfast and attention from the staff and also the Lobby staff very professional”

“The room itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We genuinely enjoyed the stay overall and the kids still had fun. However, the toilet in our room was not working from the time we arrived. We reported it and were told it had been fixed, but it still did not work. We were then told maintenance would come, but no one ever resolved the issue during our stay. Because of this, our family had to go from the 5th floor down to the 1st floor every time we needed to use the restroom. While...

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!”
