“The cozy cottage was lovely. All as expected. Hosts were pleasant to deal with. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Location was perfect. Walked to Sylvan Beach in the evening. Parking pass provided if needed. Could also walk to Verona Beach State Park. ”

“Check in was easy peasy the code was text to us a couple hours before we had to check in. Kitchen had all the tools you need plus some.”

Hosts were "Excellent on any requests or questions and you can tell they strive for Excellent Customer Service and work very hard on any maintenance and cleanliness! Encourage if you have any serious medical issues like walking or wheelchairs, please contact the Hosts. They are wonderful people and we thank them! Would Highly Recommend!!”

“This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“Beautiful and great size house for two families, close to marina to keep our boat within walking distance, beautiful backyard with lake views, hot tub was a hit with the kids, owner very quick to respond with questions! Only downside is the upstairs would get warm at night (Mid July stay)”

“We stopped here for a quick two-night stay on our trip from Maine back to Cincinnati. Very cool location, literally yards from the water. Also loved having several restaurants and activities within walking distance.”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

“Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! ”

"Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile. Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile. Ti senti le molle compresse addosso. Non va. Per il resto, mediocre."
