“We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for our trip since we have family spread all across California, and the hotel ended up being about an hour from each of our stops, which made traveling so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for visiting family while still being able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets. ”

“Very nice hotel. Great for a night. However the bar is is cramped and not inviting and I could not confirm complimentary breakfast was provided. I love hotel eggs and was disappointed I was to miss out.”

“The staff very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean as well as the rooms with plenty of amenities. The pool was rather dirty. A lot of leaves and debris. It needed to get cleaned but other than that, it was great.”

“It was okay, my room smelled like food so that was gross but overall I had such a bad migraine from the smell of spicy mayo in the room I had to check out a little early. Other than that it was so so. However I did get soap cause my soap was empty and they gave me a used refilled bottle that had mold on the pump so that frustrated me. Thats just gross.”

“The location is one of the best attributes of this property. You only need to cross the street and walk up the adjacent parking lot to enter into the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall. The hot breakfast buffet was offered at a very reasonable 6 AM to 10 AM time frame, benefiting early risers as well as late risers. Parking was less than a 100 yards from the hotel lobby. We will most definitely book this property again if we are in the area.”

“Very disappointed, even for La Quinta this property was not well maintained. First of all both the pool and spa were closed, and that was the main reason why I got this hotel. After I complained the property removed the pool from their amenities list but I had already paid. Plus, I found out the pool has been closed for over a month. Also, the room was dirty and the elevator broke. Ridiculous, they should not charge full prices for a horrible less thab Motel 6 experience.”
