Hotel vicino a Ontario Mills Shopping Mall - Los Angeles

“When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid...

“We arrived at night, so there wasn't outdoor parking, but there was an underground garage. The garage was nominally clean. The night attendant who checked me in was polite. The lobby was outdated and the room was outdated, but the bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor.”
