Hotel vicino a Ontario Mills Shopping Mall - Los Angeles

“The room was very spacious it has small kitchenette with a normal size fridge, microwave. There's a restaurant right next door and has delicious food and drinks. The Toyota Arena is literally across the street. Housekeeping comes every 3 days. The only grip is that they do not refill the coffee, creamer and toilet paper (only 1/2 roll when we checked in).”

“The hotel is clean. There are ample parking spaces. The breakfast can be improved but I like the fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. Staff are friendly but please provide more towels.”

“Great location near restaurants, stores, and a mall. The hotel is clean and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The hotel needs more laundry machines and faster WiFi, but these aren’t dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed.”

“It was difficult to schedule housekeeping to clean the room. However, fresh towels were provided if you requested them. Otherwise, everything was good.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds and located close to shopping centers, restaurants and movie theater. The staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better but was ok. Enough parking on the property.”

“The staff was ok didn't deal much with them as much. The continental breakfast and the lady keeping up with the breakfast very friendly and helpful .The room was ok I guess the ice chest had a hair and gum wrappers the sofa bed hadn't been opened or checked in a while had crumbs and hairs in the sofa bed.The sofa bed had hairs stuck in the springs. the toilet water ran all night .”

“The hotel was nice, however our shower was dirty, there was someone's long black hair all over the shower walls. I have short blonde hair and my husband is bald so we know it wasn't ours.”

“The hallway carpets were extremely dirty and made me nervous about the room. My room however was clean. Looks recently re-furnished but not remodeled. Staff was responsive and helpful when I needed a late check in and a new remote. Good breakfast choices and plenty of space to eat in the dining area or outdoor patio. I would certainly stay again.”

“The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.”

“Front desk agent at 5 pm on 6/27 was rude. Not enough parking on the property. Hallway of lobby are was dirty. Room was good if you provide amenities body was should be included.”
