Hotel vicino a Toyota Arena - Los Angeles

“The room was very spacious it has small kitchenette with a normal size fridge, microwave. There's a restaurant right next door and has delicious food and drinks. The Toyota Arena is literally across the street. Housekeeping comes every 3 days. The only grip is that they do not refill the coffee, creamer and toilet paper (only 1/2 roll when we checked in).”

“The hotel is clean. There are ample parking spaces. The breakfast can be improved but I like the fresh brewed coffee in the lobby. Staff are friendly but please provide more towels.”

“It was difficult to schedule housekeeping to clean the room. However, fresh towels were provided if you requested them. Otherwise, everything was good.”

“Great location near restaurants, stores, and a mall. The hotel is clean and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The hotel needs more laundry machines and faster WiFi, but these aren’t dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed.”

“The hotel itself was fine, but the housekeeping service was concerning. Our room was not cleaned at all, the towels weren’t replaced, and the bed was never made. I’m not sure if this was an oversight or normal practice, but it was definitely unexpected for us.”

“The hotel was nice, however our shower was dirty, there was someone's long black hair all over the shower walls. I have short blonde hair and my husband is bald so we know it wasn't ours.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds and located close to shopping centers, restaurants and movie theater. The staff were friendly. Breakfast could have been better but was ok. Enough parking on the property.”

“Not clean, the sofa bed was terrible, I went to get "breakfast " around 9am and I only saw coffee, Cookies, cereal, not breakfast”

“This hotel was in a good location for work. It was also near an outside mall with a lot of food options. It is also convenient to the highway. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The only negative is that parking sucks. There are limited spaces on the property and you have to park in the mall parking lot.”

“The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.”

“This was my first time staying here and I really liked it a lot. I would stay here again. Everything was Great. I loved their breakfast they give every morning. Very Beautiful place. 10/10”
