“Very clean, updated rooms. Pet-friendly (complementary treats in the lobby), plenty of parking space (even for a trailer), and check-in was super simple (no staff, keys are in an electronic box). Located near a gas station, store, and take-out food diner. Definitely recommend.”

“Older and outdated with basic fixtures not unlike most small-town motels along Lake Superior. Clean room, but with a strong (chemical) odour. Carafe cleaned with same solvent, making coffee taste like disinfectant and undrinkable. Worn-out door took some work to lock properly, but interior walls looked to be recently painted.”

“Jackfish Lake Cabins are cosy, clean and comfortable. The woman who greeted us on arrival was welcoming, helpful and kind. The wood sauna was real treat and the best private sauna that we have had the pleasure to use.”

“Only been open one month. When arriving it looked like the hotel was still under construction as there was no signage on the hotel and first entrance was fenced off. Landscaping has not yet started so no where to walk the dog. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.”
