“Upon arrival, we were utterly disappointed. The photos do not properly depict the hotel’s terrible condition. The room was disgusting, it looked as though it had been previously broken into, it was not clean, the sheets were not white, but a dingy grey. We very quickly requested a refund and continued on our way to find something better. The man at the front desk was very helpful and assured us that a refund had been processed. Please do yourself a favour and don’t consider staying here.”

“It was a very nice stay. I would say it’s in my top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Friendly, helpful staff, and clean hotel over all. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Hot tub jets were amazing.”
