Nota: all'inizio del 2019, il Lago Michigan è a livelli record e la spiaggia è diventata più piccola ed è meno accessibile di quanto nella foto. Speriamo di tornare alla normalità entro l'estate 2019. La casa, il ponte e il cortile sul lago non sono interessati dall'acqua alta.

Scopri il meglio che il Wisconsin ha da offrire, senza il lungo viaggio in auto, in questa casa sulla spiaggia incontaminata a soli 40 minuti da Milwaukee e 2 ore da Chicago! Questa casa ha una facciata privata sulla spiaggia del Lago Michigan a Oostburg, nel Wisconsin.

Recentemente rinnovato nel 2018, è stato aggiunto un ulteriore bagno completo con nuovi pavimenti in tutto, un nuovo camino a gas che può essere utilizzato tutto l'anno, nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta capacità, nuovi mobili tra cui un letto matrimoniale king size e nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina.

Con 4 camere da letto confortevoli e luminose e un 5 ° spazio aggiuntivo per dormire, puoi portare tutta la famiglia! Cosa rende la Sand Castle Beach House così speciale?

Million Dollar View

We loved our week at the Sandcastle house! The house worked perfectly for 4 adults and 2 little dogs - comfortable, everyone slept well, good showers, large spaces, very well stocked kitchen. All we needed to bring was beach towels. But the real star here is the deck, view and beach leading to the clear lake. The view was gorgeous all day, every day, we had the beach almost completely to ourselves, the water was super cold but we still went in. We really spent every day outside on the deck, yard or beach and can't wait to be back there again soon.

Family Reunion

Beautiful home - well furnished, comfortable, room for everyone. We appreciated the deck, fire pit, outdoor chairs, wonderful backyard with beautiful beach access. We also enjoyed the game room. Overall a great experience!!

Wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful time with family, celebrating our retirement. The house is huge with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The master suite is so relaxing! The beach, backyard, fire pit and deck were the biggest hit for us. The game room came in handy on a rainy day. We all loved our time at the Sandcastle!!!!

This setting cannot be beat! Gorgeous, unrestricted views of Lake Michigan; large, well-maintained yard; neighbors are far enough away and blocked by foliage so it feels completely private; pristine, soft sand beach. The house is flooded with light and tastefully decorated. Be aware that there are lots of steps (even on the multi-level first floor), if that is an issue for little ones or people with physical challenges. Indoors and outdoors, it was equipped with everything we needed and more, and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers). The basement game room was cool with all the fun activities. I think people would enjoy it even more if the host added some carpeting and seating to make it more comfortable to hang out in. Highlights for us were the beach, yard games, time around the fire pit, and having a beautiful, comfortable house to come into where we could still see and hear the lake. Overall, it was a beautiful place to spend a lakeside vacation and we had a marvelous time!

Beautiful property on an amazing lot with incredible views! Home was very clean well stocked and just as pictured. If you consider staying there, please consider making hummingbird food for the feeder that the owner kindly left in tree…There were so many hummingbirds that also added to the beauty!

Beautiful scenic beach, you forget you're in the Midwest.

This is our first time here in the area, the beach house had everything that we needed, very clean and spacious for my party. The beach and sunrise are breathtaking. Makes you forget that you're actually in the upper Midwest. We had a great time relaxing, exploring and fishing. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful home and location!

Beautiful house on fantastic beachfront. Very relaxing and quiet location. Gorgeous sunrises. Nice selection of cookware for preparing meals. Closet full of games for the family to play. Large deck with plenty of seating. I give this house my highest recommendation.

Wisconsin Wedding Weekend

The property is absolutely wonderful for family and relaxation! Plenty of space as we prepared for our weekend wedding in Kolher, which was a mere 15mins from Ootsburg where our home was. Lake front was awesome,Ootsburg is a quaint town for easy shopping and groceries. It will be our 1st choice for our next visit to Sheboygan, WI.

Nice Family Getaway

Loved this location right on the lake! Great view of the waves crashing from the master bedroom, loved the fireplace, good gathering spaces for the family, and plenty of rooms for some privacy as well. Nice to sit outside by the firepit and walk along the water. Would stay here again.

Fun, Spacious

We stayed in the fall with family ranging from 7-65. The beach and view was so beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of room to spread out or all be together. The games in the basement were the highlight for all ages.

Family Trip

We rented the house for a family trip. The house is large and has plenty of room for all. The house is in a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise. It was nice to sit outside and use the fire pit. You can't beat the view at this house. The owner answers questions and is nice. We could recommend staying at this house.

Spacious and Comfortable Lake House

We stayed 3 nights for our annual family weekend. This lake house was perfect in size and comfort for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The view of the lake is stunning from beautiful sunrises to sitting on the patio under the stars and relaxing by a fire and listening to the waves. We visited state parks during the day and had fun in the game room in the evening. A perfect family weekend!

Lake Michigan house

Good location, plenty of room. No air conditioning on second and third floor, so it was too warm for sleep on those floors. Kitchen and laundry were good.

Restful and fun

Returning again we were pleasantly surprised that the water was lower and the beach was lovely! It made such a difference being able to swim and relax on the shore. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Great place for whole family

We stayed for a week and never left the house! There was space for everyone to stay comfortably and the lawn, beach and water were wonderful! My only suggestion is that you provide more towels. We will likely come back.

Beautiful location. Would benefit with more privacy curtains or shades. Would have liked at least 1 set of towels per person to be provided and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (for a group of 8) for a week's stay.
