L'atmosfera è bucolica e rilassante, il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, le camere sono state rinnovate da poco, in particolare i bagni e resi più belli e funzionali e la posizione è comoda per arrivare ai bus che collegano a Leiden Central. “We were offered an upgrade to one of their new rooms. Simply excellent rooms, large and luxury feel. We also ate in the restaurant and all four of us thought the various dishes were excellent. This is a fantastic hotel for the price point.”

Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room.
