“Yes only about 45 min to mudumalai, excellent spot for wildlife and birds. But it is not easily accessible and no restaurants near by and kitchen was closed for most of the days we stayed there so I spent about Rs2000 each day on a cab to take us to dinner. The staff are very friendly but they are not used to running a hotel ? Didn't change towels or service the room in 3 days! Otherwise great place.”

“Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car.
Nice view from the room and property in general.
Staff and cook are very very polite.
Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).”
