“Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous! The owners of ‘Moongate villa’ agreed to give us 1 x night free of charge. Please confirm that you can refund us this back...

“The managers were wonderful accommodating our very late booking and check-in the driving us to the airport the next day (after allowing us a late checkout). “Room was very nice. Hot tub was comfortably warm, but the interior really needed some work and upgrading. Also, the internet went out for an hour or more which was a bit frustrating. The grounds are lovely and it is near to town. Overall, I would still recommend it.”
