“We had a 7 day stay we came for our daughter's Wedding - check in was easy, reception staff were lovely and helpful but when it came to our room it didn't take long before we were started to wonder as to when it was last cleaned?? everywhere we looked in our room it was covered in dust - skirting boards, top of fridge every piece of artwork, top of our bed, all around the toilet, we had cobwebs above our curtains, and the dryer filter was full. “The bathroom in the disability room was very spacious with a shower chair & a pull-down bench seat that was very useful. Plenty of space to move around the room.”

“Needed a place for me and a group of friends to stay for the weekend. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Parking was good, the room was good. Would have been nice if there was some cutlery at least and maybe a microwave? Spa was nice but one of the water jets points a different direction leading to it spraying the wall if you move the wrong way. There was a function on saterday the 28th which was a shame since we wanted to play pool and weren't disturbing any of the guests yet we were kicked out mid game which was a shame since that was our only chance to play there were also no signs saying that...

“The size of the room was big and clean. There was a mini freezer. There was also a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was close to train station and National Park and it was very convenient and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed there to visit our friends who came from Jakarta.”

“The rooms to the hotel are only accessible passing the pokies area which absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke. A sealed door separates the upstairs accommodation however the smell was overwhelming- even with the aircon on- during the night. We booked for 2 nights but left that first morning. The restaurant had fabulous food and a great menu and specials - would go back to eat but not to stay.”

“Only some cooking facilities should provide like rice cooker,electric fry pan but otherwise so far so good ”
