“Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc.
Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc
Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...

“We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room.
We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay.
The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned.
Proceed with caution...”

“Near shops. Few insects. Unworkable "wardrobe", plenty of towels, plenty of bottled water, good wee fridge, no table, no chair, no hairdryer, no drawers to put clothes in. Nowhere to put suitcases. One ceiling light nearest window worked occasionally. Loud rumbling noise overnight. Parking was great. Didn't like stairs. ”

“The staff are friendly on arrival. You just pick your keys up at the pub sports bar and go to your room.
The room was very clean, and had most things provided.
At night it can be a little noisy, but not too bad.
