Fine stay, could use some updates
This property is in a great location and clean. The best part was the beach front views and watching dolphins on the patio every morning. The private beach was lovely. But note: There are no tents allowed at the property so thankfully there was an umbrella in the closet or ones to rent. Also we had two parking passes but just needed one. Even so, we almost didn’t have a place to park a few evenings. People were parked in unmarked spots. I would say the building overall needs some attention. The condo was convenient and had all we needed but the peeling paint on the walls, vanities and ceilings left us feeling underwhelmed. Some of the lights didn’t work and I think for the value we may stay somewhere else. This could be an A+ with some standard updates and maintenance.

Short Anniversary get away
We really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I did not give 5 stars on all questions is due to some painting needed. I’m sure some wear and tear is expected and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. We would stay here again.

Right on the beach.
We have stayed at 103 several times now. It's not over crowded and right on the beach. It has a great balcony for coffee and dolphin watching in morning and drinks in evening. Condo has everything you will need.

Our stay
Property had minor repairs that were needed, but was clean. Vrbo offered to make repairs during our stay, but I declined. Building and other visitors were family friendly, my teens were safe to go to the beach w/o me.

The best view & a short walk to the beach!
My mother & I stayed here for a week. It was an excellent condo. The view was just perfect. It was a super short walk to the beach. I hope to rent again next summer.

Birthday at the beach
This condo was perfect for mom and me. Decorative and convenient. Beautiful beach with a great view of the shore birds including an Osprey that cruised by at regular intervals.

Great 1st floor condo!
We loved being on the 1st floor and a short walk to the beach! There was some sand grains in the bed on the first night there (not from us). I know some sand is expected but in the bed seemed weird to me. Overall we loved it and will see about staying in this condo again!! Property mgrs were very nice and promptly replied to my txt. Stay here!!

A decent place to sleep and close to fun bars and restaurants
The floors were very dirty. They set out umbrella and chair rentals covering the whole beach area behind the property so don't expect to just walk right out to the beach! The beds were comfortable, the couch bed was not. I enjoyed the kitchen amenities a lot. And the deck. There were some damages to the property before we got there and we just assumed thats how the place was and then I got an email asking how it got that way which was weird. It was one of the cheaper listings I looked at so I guess this is how it goes but it was fine overall.

Excellent 1st floor location
The day of our arrival we were pleasantly surprised when we received the text that we could check in earlier than expected. The coded entry was simple. This 1st floor location is ideal, even though you have to go up one flight of stairs. The view was spectacular! The walk way down to the beach was so convenient. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella service that was also convenient and easy to rent. Venmo is a must. The condo was spacious and made us feel at home. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Loved it!!
The view (my favorite) was excellent. The distance to the water/beach was awesome. The condo itself was excellent and very comfy ( a plus). The beach wasn’t crowded which I loved. They had sitting on the beach. Everybody was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was there is not a lot of food options nearby.

Outdoor patio furniture was outstanding and plenty of dining area for friends to stop by for brunch. Only 2 of us stayed there, but plenty of cooking utensils, pots and silverware, plates etc.....to feed 9 multiple times over the weekend. Beach access was easy, and pool area is coming back after the storm. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great 2BR for a long weekend!

Nice condo, bad parking situation
This condo was as advertised. Clean, good location, and well equipped. Parking spaces are very small, so unless you own a small vehicle, parking was a aggravating experience.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location is perfect and it was a nice size condo for our family of 4! The unit was very clean and ready for our stay. Unfortunately, the indoor heated pool was not working and had been out of order for a few weeks. We were so disappointed that we were not able to swim in the indoor pool and would have picked a different condo if we had know that the heating element was broken in the pool. But overall, it was a great location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach! Thanks for sharing your home with our family!

Girl’s Getaway
My friends and I loved the location! The peacefulness of being able to look outside the living room windows at the water was awesome. One issue we had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was in very bad shape. There were also no curtains in the living room which was awkward at night. Also, the whole condo could use a paint job. Some of the air registers were dirty. Also, the refrigerator still had food in it from the last people who stayed there which makes me question how well the place was cleaned before we came. Don’t let this discourage you from renting here. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

So close to the beach!
Overall, our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here! The beach is super close, which makes it very convenient with 3 children! This was also the selling point on why we booked this condo! The beaches weren’t over crowded, the weather was beautiful and the water was a beautiful emerald green. This condo is nice and we were comfortable for the most part. If I want to pick at things, it’d be that several light bulbs were out, the beds aren’t the most comfortable, the living room furniture could use a good cleaning, and the grout in the bathrooms as well! I knew when booking this condo that I wasn’t booking it for the pools, they are very small and not maintained that well. The outdoor pool was also closed for maintanence after the 1st day for the rest of the 7. We did take the kids to the bay side of lei lani for a short swim, it was small but nice. The office closes at noon on Saturday so when we got there around 5, there’s a note on the door stating to purchase the parking pass the following Monday. So, I had to wait until Monday for that as well as asking what the code is for the indoor pool, which we never swam in. We cooked a lot while here and the kitchen is well stocked! The beach is the reason to book this condo and it did not disappoint! Best experience we’ve had with the beach thus far.

Our local operations staff have spoken to the owner regarding having the tile cleaned and replacing the mattresses. The pool and parking passes are managed by a Home Owner's Association, and we have passed along your feedback to inform their future processes.

Very clean and a few steps from the beach
When we first arrived we didn’t know what to expect because the building looks older from the outside. But as soon as we walked in the condo, we were really happy. It was very clean and it has an amazing balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms were pretty comfortable. We went there with another couple and our 2 toddlers and we had enough room for everybody. We didn’t go to the pools, we didn’t even see them. We spent all of our time at the beach and in the balcony. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful beach view!
This condo is an amazing location! With just 1 level of steps to go up it is easily accessible to the beach. The balcony area is fabulous! Best furniture of any unit - comfortable and sturdy. Spent hours out there - nice for breakfast with the sun, and as the day went by the shaded balcony was a great place to enjoy reading and watching the ocean! Inside condo is decorated nicely and the kitchen is very well equipped. Nice kitchen table that seats 6 and great bar stools at the kitchen island. Bathrooms are nice. Beds are good, not great. Never used the pools, but there is a small indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. The balcony is the best part of this rental - it truly was beautiful!

Super cute & clean! We loved it!
Easy to find property, especially with the emailed directions. The decor was beautiful & beachy. Loved the master bath walk in shower! The condo is just beautiful! Being right on the beach is so nice, not too many people on the beach, even with spring breakers starting to come in. Would definitely stay here again!
