Enjoy the luxuries of having award-winning cafes and restaurants, heritage parks, and charming boutiques just a short drive or 15 minute stroll from your doorstep. Wine enthusiasts can easily reach a selection of award-winning wineries, such as Mortimers Wines (6 min), Swinging Bridge (7 min), and Philip Shaw Wines (9 min). Venture over to the Orange Botanic Gardens for a tranquil picnic or leisurely stroll. The renowned Duntryleague Golf Course is 6 minutes away.



Orange's coffee culture is enhanced with Byng St Cafe (3 min drive) and Harley & Hem (3 min drive), where every cup is a celebration of rich aromas and passionately crafted brews. Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival.
