“I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”

“The front desk was poorly attended. When I called, the phone was not answered so I had to walk down to the front desk. This was not convenient. The first room they assigned to me had a strong musty smell (6th floor). I went back to the front desk and they gave me a different room, which did smell better.”
