“Our room was clean and provided enough space for us. The staff were very prompt with bringing us our car when requested. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the hotel area at night, but no complaints regarding the hotel itself. I wouldn’t feel comfortable stay here again.”

“Had a great experience with the Mark Spencer hotel. From check in to check out everything went so smooth. They allowed me to check in early. Helped me with my luggage. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and plenty comfortable. The gym room could use a little help but that’s not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Upon checking in the front desk couldn't find our reservation. No fault to the hotel but Expedia delayed our reservations for some reason. The hotel front desk made it happen for us, and offered us late check out beyond the regular times. Plus: Rooms is nice and the staff there are great ++++. Close to pretty much everything in downtown by walk or tram. Its super quiet on the 15 floor and you don't hear traffic or trams at all. Cons: - elevator is slow, and the house keeping uses the same...
